Strong Danish herb & spice collaboration

W. Oschätzchen Aarhus A/S (OTZ) and SFK Foods A/S, which is owned by Danish Crown, have concluded an agreement concerning the establishment of a new joint herb & spice company in which Kjeld Kronborg Danielsen will be Managing Director and principal shareholder. The company's name will be SFK/OTZ Holding A/S.

W.Oschätzchen Aarhus A/S is a Danish company situated in Stilling, near Aarhus. The company is supplier of herbs & spices, spice mixtures, marinades, tools & accessories, casings, packaging for convenience products and we also carry out copacking for other producers.

W.Oschätzchen's primary customers are butchers and retailers, as well as the food industry (BtB) and we are the preferred cooperation partner, with regard to centrally produced minced meat products.

W.Oschätzchen has 89 years of experience in development of spice mixtures for butchers and retailers, and we produce our own spice mixtures, marinades and sauces, which enables us to meet the customer demand for prompt and flexible delivery.

W.Oschätzchen has 45 devoted employees, and we do our outmost to ensure our customers, on both domestic and export markets, a top class of service.
